忙しくて、疲れていると、頭の中が
ぐちゃぐちゃになりますね。
判断力が鈍る。
優先順位がわからなくなる。
気が焦る一方で、、、
一応、僕は自分なりに現時点で大切にしている優先順位をつけています。
それでも、常日頃から意識し続けるって難しい。
時折、立ち止まって整理が必要。
最近、こんな必殺ワードを発見しました。
自分の死ぬ間際をイメージして
「もっと〇〇しとけば、よかったー」
って、思うことって何だろうって考える。
例えば、時間がなくてビール飲めないとしますよね？
僕は好きなビールが飲めなくて、前はかなりストレスだったんです。
必殺ワードの〇〇にビールを当てはめてみます。
「もっとビール飲んどけば、よかったー」
となります。
絶対に死ぬ前に、そんなこと思わないですよね？笑
あくまでも個人的な意見です。
ビール大好きでビール作りに命を注いでいる方は、もしかしたら死ぬ間際に
「もっとビール飲んどけば、よかったー」
って、思うかもしれませんが笑
僕にとってはビールとかお酒って、そんなに大切なことではないんだなって気がついた訳です。
それから、毎日の晩酌はやめました。
週に1、2回程度、適量って感じになってます。
って、感じで、このフィルターを通すことで、大切なことを見極められる。
もう一つ例を。
〇〇に家族をはめてみます。
「もっと家族と一緒に過ごせばよかったー」
これは、僕にとって胸を打たれる言葉です。
あくまで僕の場合ですよ？
家族の時間は大切にしないと後悔するんだなーって改めて気がつきます。
なので、基本は自分の時間より家族の時間を大切に行動してます。
仕事で悩んでいる方は一度考えてほしい。
死ぬ間際に
「もっと仕事しておけば良かったー」
って、思いますか？
僕はこれを考えてから残業することをなるべくやめました。
今の仕事がなくなっても代わりの仕事はいくらでもあります。
仕事のせいで自分を犠牲にするなんて、馬鹿げている。
多分、そういうマインドになっている人は軽い洗脳状態だと思います。
たくさん仕事して、お金稼いでも
お金使う時間ありますか？
何のためのお金か考えて。
そして、たくさん時間を犠牲にしないとお金って稼げないのか？
考えてみてください。
調べてみてください。
